DESCRIPTION:The Leids Support Center for Migrants invites you to a series of lectures and discussion evenings. These sessions aim to share knowledge about the climate crisis and energy transition and to increase the societal and political engagement of both migrants and non-migrants in Leiden on these subjects. We combine information sessions with complimentary evening meals and music. \nWe aim to connect with the participants’ experiences by encouraging as much interaction as possible\, seeking their perspectives and experiences. Our goal is to prompt individuals to think for themselves\, as this has the most impact\, allowing us to gather relevant insights from the target audience. \nEnergy Transition: What is needed for a fair energy transition? Deze avonden zijn gericht op het delen van kennis over de klimaatcrisis en de energietransitie\, en op het vergroten van de maatschappelijke en politieke betrokkenheid van zowel migranten als niet-migranten in Leiden bij deze onderwerpen. We combineren informatiesessies met gratis avondmaaltijden en muziek. \nWe willen aansluiten bij de belevingswereld van de deelnemers door zoveel mogelijk interactie te stimuleren en hun perspectieven en ervaringen te vragen. Ons doel is om mensen zelf aan het denken te zetten\, omdat dit de meeste impact heeft en we relevante inzichten van de doelgroep kunnen verzamelen. \nKlimaat: Wat is er aan de hand met het klimaat?
